Clint A. Towne, 64, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, at his daughter's residence in Coldwater, Michigan, after an extended illness.  Clint was born August 6, 1960, in Bryan, son of the late Clint O. and Mary L. (Kozuch) Towne.  At the age of 23, he began his career as a truck driver, which he did for 36 years, retiring in 2019.  Clint loved playing his guitar and drums and was especially proud of his GTO.  Clint was the life of the party and always fun to be around – he always made those around him laugh and smile.  He was a wonderful father, and an extremely proud grandpa.  Clint will be dearly missed by his loving family and many friends.

Surviving is his daughter, Violet (Marcos) Mendoza of Coldwater, Michigan; three grandchildren, Jadazay Ledbetter, Jalianna Zepeda and Lidio Mendoza; four siblings, Juanita Towne, Lloyd (Debra) Towne, Brenda Lucas and Cheryl Pelland, all of Bryan, Ohio; and five nieces and nephews, Kiki, Terry, Amberlee, Raymond and Erica.  Clint was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents; paternal grandparents; and two aunts, Janet Mattingly and Joanne Funk.

Visitation for Clint A. Towne will be held from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan, Ohio 43506.  Funeral services for Clint will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in the funeral home with Pastor Kevin Doseck officiating.  There will be an additional hour of visitation prior to the start of the funeral on Wednesday.  Interment will follow in Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan.
