Debra Brown Francies, born July 13, 1954 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, passed away on October 30, 2023 in Asheville, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thelma Smith Brown and Fenton "Buck" Brown of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

She is survived by her husband and partner of 45 years, Gary, and her daughter, Kaylen, both of Asheville, North Carolina.

Debra worked in financial services and insurance for over 35 years in Asheville.

Per her wishes, she will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
