Scarlett Mae Wilcox, 10 months of West Unity, unexpectedly passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, June 23, 2025, at the emergency room at Parkview Hospital-Montpelier. Scarlett was born August 2, 2024, in Wauseon, Ohio, the daughter of Ace and Hannah (Couts) Wilcox.

Surviving are her parents; five sisters, Paisley, Avery, Evelyn, Aniya, Ariella.

Funeral services for Scarlett will be held at 12:00 noon, Monday, June 30, 2025, in Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan, with Pastor Nick Woodall officiating. Relatives and friends will be received two hours prior, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Monday, in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the family.
