Jeffrey Lewis Balser, 76, of Hicksville, Ohio passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Brookview Healthcare Center, Defiance Ohio. Jeffrey was born on January 27, 1945, the son of the late Lynn Willis Balser and Estella Winifred Businger Balser. While attending the Indiana Institute of Technology in Ft. Wayne Indiana, he met and married Joy C. Cunningham. Graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Jeffrey successfully pursued a career with Intel Corporation before establishing Micro Tech Sales. Jeffrey was a loving son, brother and Father who will be sincerely missed.

Surviving is his son Bradley Newell Balser of Tempe, Arizona; 6 siblings, Linda (Dominick) Varano, Wanda (Stan) Stuckey, Dennis (Bobbie) Balser, Greg (Kathy) Balser, Ken (Beth) Balser and Mark Balser. Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents; and beloved brother Darwin (Tammy) Balser.

To honor Jeffery's wishes, there will be no visitation or services held at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville.
