^{Joanne Elizabeth Coplin, 90, of Hicksville, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior, Thursday, December 15, 2022, at Vancrest of Hicksville. Joanne was born March 23, 1932, in Bryan, Ohio, daughter of the late Arthur Guy and Ina Edith (Gipe) Cronk. Joanne was a 1950 graduate of Payne High School where she was the class valedictorian. She continued her education obtaining both her bachelor's degree and master's degree from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Joanne worked as a Senior Contract Negotiator at Magnavox for 35 years. She then worked at King-Kreg Insurance Agency for 10 years, retiring in 2010. She was a member of Hicksville First Church of Christ. Grace United Methodist Church, Hicksville and attended Providence Presbyterian Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana with her son Mike and his family. Joanne was the first Treasurer of the Huber Opera House Board of Directors. She was also a member of the Hicksville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Friends of the Library, and the IU Alumni Association. In her free time, Joanne enjoyed reading, music, and spending quality time with her family.}

^{Surviving are her four children, Marie (Mitch) Headley of Hicksville, Patricia King of Hicksville, Mike (Jane) Coplin of Hicksville, Ohio, and Larry (Nancy) Coplin of Convoy, Ohio; 17 Grandchildren; 31 Great-Grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, infant Phyllis Cronk and Carol Jean Bowman and her son-in-law, Steve King.}

^{Visitation for Joanne will be held Monday, December 19, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio. Funeral Services for Joanne will be held at 1:00p.m. Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Jerold Tear officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville.}
