LeAnn Schliesser, 61, of Bryan, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at the Cleveland Clinic. LeAnn was born on May 29, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Gordon L. and Judy A. (Hofner) Coy. She was a 1983 graduate of Bryan High School and continued her education at Northwest State Community College. LeAnn worked as an administrative assistant at Foundations Behavioral Health Services, Paulding, Ohio. Prior to that, she worked in purchasing at Community Hospitals and Wellness Center-Bryan Hospital for 32 years and at Hicksville Memorial Hospital. LeAnn was a member of the Hometown Heros Motorcycle Association. LeAnn enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, going out to eat with friends, and riding motorcycles with her fiancé, Phil.

Surviving is her mother, Judy A. Coy of Bryan, Ohio; son, Maxwell Schliesser of Bryan, Ohio; fiancé, Phil Brunner of Bryan, Ohio; two “stepchildren”; five “step grandchildren”; several aunts and uncles. Leann was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Coy.

Visitation for Leann Schliesser will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 2:00 – 5:00 P.M. at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 N. Lynn Street, Bryan, Ohio. Funeral services for Leann will immediately follow in the funeral home beginning at 5:00 P.M. There will be no burial at this time.
