Loretta C. Roehrs, 79, of Oregon, Ohio and formerly of Hicksville, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Landings of Oregon Assisted Living, Oregon, Ohio. Loretta was born May 18, 1944, in Morgantown, West Virginia, daughter of Olen Robert and Estella Christine (Blake) Morrison. She was a 1962 graduate of Hicksville High School. Loretta married Donald E. Roehrs on June 15, 1963, in Sherwood, Ohio and he preceded her in death on December 7, 2012. Loretta previously worked at Rinehart Finishings and Crook Miller Company. She was a loving and supportive wife, mother, and friend. Loretta was a member of Empower Church, Hicksville, and previously a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hicksville. In her free time, Lorette enjoyed travelling on bus trips, crocheting, sewing, genealogy, and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her two children, Pamela (Lou) Roy of Oregon, Ohio, and Steven (Jessica) Roehrs of Dundee, Michigan; five grandchildren, Cassandra (Adam) Medina, Tiffany Dralle, Amanda Smith, Aleah Roy, and Sean (Darla) Roehrs; 10 great-grandchildren. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Roehrs; two sisters, Janice Lavon Bassett, and Lucille Kelley.

Visitation for Loretta will be held Friday, December 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at Empower Church, 9228 Hicksville Edgerton Road, Hicksville, Ohio with funeral services beginning at 12:00 noon at the church with Pastor Jay and Michelle Scott officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Home Cemetery, Hicksville, Ohio. Services are in care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio.
