Mickeal J. "Mike" Antrup, 69, of Auburn, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at Park View Care Center, Edgerton, Ohio.  Mike was born December 23, 1955, in Dekalb County, Indiana, the son of the late John H. and Mary A. (Love) Antrup.  After graduating from Dekalb Eastside High School, he enlisted in the United States Army, serving from June 1974 until his honorable discharge in September 1976.  Upon returning to civilian life, Mike began his 30-year career as an over-the-road truck driver where he was known by his CB handle "Hobo".  He enjoyed attending flea markets, and will be remembered for telling "big" stories and for his love of craft hobbies such miniature plane models, air brushing, and drawing.  He also loved animals - especially his loyal dogs Skeeter and Princess.

Surviving is his daughter, Audra (Peter) Hoffman of Hicksville, Ohio; two grandchildren, Zander and Vivian, both of Hicksville; five siblings, Marsha Moulder of Kendallville, Indiana, Terry (Sharon Pepple) West of Auburn, Jerry (Kathy) West of Auburn, Wayne David (Stacey) West of Kendallville, Indiana, and Mark West of Kendallville, Indiana; and companion, Vonda Slone of Auburn, Indiana.  Mike was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Wayne West; and by one daughter, Sunnie Dae Antrup.

There will be no public visitation or services held at this time.  Mike's family is planning a private Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.   Arrangements are in care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 706 North Main Street, Hicksville, Ohio 43526.
