Patrick J. Foulk, 65, of Montpelier, Ohio, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.  He was born December 10, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan.  Patrick was lovingly raised by Leslie and Dora (Strait) Foulk.  Patrick was a 1975 graduate of Montpelier High School.  He worked as a truck driver most of his life, driving for Bryan Truck Lines, and most recently Meyers Bros. Trucking.  In his free time, Patrick enjoyed buying and selling cars, especially T-birds.

Patrick is survived by nieces and nephews, Nicholee Elliott of Montpelier, Ohio, Linda (Paul) Hawkins of Montpelier, Ohio, Kathy (Steven) Yountz of Hagerstown, Indiana, Nick Elliott of Pioneer, Ohio, and Tammy Elliott of Montpelier, Ohio; and several great nieces and nephews.

To honor Patrick's wishes, there will be no visitation or services held at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, 206 North Lynn Street, Bryan.
