Steven A. Linger, 54 of Hamilton, Indiana, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Steve was born March 30, 1971, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of the late Arthur and Donna (Turner) Linger. He attended Whitmer High School and attained his GED in 2001. Steve was a delivery driver and route salesman for Budweiser. After this, he was employed in several area warehouses. He enjoyed motorcross racing, NASCAR and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. What he truly treasured was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Surviving are his five children, Amanda (Derek) Brancheau of Ida, Michigan, Brittany (Dyle) Brinkley of Jesup, Georgia, Jeremy Linger of Perrysburg, Ohio, Chase Linger of Toledo, Ohio, Andrea Linger of Toledo, Ohio; six grandchildren; three siblings, Art Linger Jr., Connie Linger and Cathy Linger.  Former spouses, Denise Williams and Heather McGee. He was preceded in death by his parents and half-brother, Terry Linger.

To honor Steve's request, he will be cremated and there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home, Hamilton, Indiana.
