David E Levy, 49, and Storm D Levy, 26, died suddenly June 21, 2018 due to an automobile accident.

David was born May 6, 1969 to Sheldon Sr. and Lenora (Ripke) Levy. He was a 1987 graduate of Urbana High School.

On December 27, 1988 Dave was united in marriage to Mary "Kate" Fields. Two years later on August 24, 1991, Storm David Levy was born. Their family was complete when his sister, Kiri was born.

David was employed by Nemco Food Equipment while Storm attended Hicksville High School. Storm graduated from high school in 2010 and from Northwest State Community College in 2012 with a business degree. Both David and Storm were employed at FWT in Hicksville for a few years. Later they founded and operated Hicksville Tree Service and also continued to run their small livestock farm.

Father and son both enjoyed anything outdoors. Both were avid hunters and fishermen. Storm learned the necessary skills it took to become an accomplished taxidermist. Both men butchered and processed deer at their business, Country Cuts. Spare time was enjoyed with family and lending a helping hand to those who were in need.

David and Storm are survived by wife and mother, Kate; daughter and sister Kiri; brothers and uncles, Sheldon Jr, Scott (Cindy), Dan (Leann), Phil and a sister and aunt, Dawn (Chris) Elston and mom and grandma Lenora Levy. Both were preceded in death by dad and grandpa Sheldon Levy Sr.

A funeral service will be held at Smith & Brown Funeral Home on Friday at 11:00. Visitation will be Thursday at the funeral home from 12:00-7:00pm.
