Cliff Oberlin is a third-generation member of the Oberlin family to serve families. He has 40 years of experience as a licensed Funeral Director.
Cliff is a Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Financial Planner. He is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University.
He is a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church, Bryan Rotary Club, Young Presidents Organization, the Masonic Lodge and the Shrine.
Cliff is married to Lisa (Crouse) Oberlin. They have two sons, Max and Luke.

Tom Turnbull is a first-generation funeral director and embalmer. Tom married Lisa Neidhardt on October 9, 1982 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Hicksville, Ohio. Tom began his career in funeral service working at the former McKee-Miles Funeral Home in Garrett, Indiana. In August 1984, Tom and his wife Lisa moved to Toledo, Ohio and began working for WSN Company, dba, Neville Funeral Homes, as a funeral director and location manager. He and his family moved to Bryan in August 2003, to be closer to their families. He began working with the Oberlin family in July 2007. He became a partner in the funeral home in April 2009. He is licensed to practice as a funeral director and embalmer in both Ohio and Indiana.
Tom and Lisa attend New Hope Community Church in Bryan. He also is a member of the Bryan Rotary Club and serves on the board for Sherwood Mutual Telephone Association. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, following Bryan High School Athletics, and rooting on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Tom is married to Lisa (Neidhardt) Turnbull. Lisa is the Office Manager at the funeral home. They have three children: Christen, Josh (Alexis), and Caleb (Emily); grandchildren, Ellis, Lettie, and Hayes. Tom and Lisa also have a dog, Bear.

Caleb Turnbull is a second generation funeral director and embalmer. He is a 2011 graduate of Bryan High School. In December 2014, Caleb graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Following graduation, he moved back to West Unity, Ohio and completed his apprenticeship as a funeral director and embalmer at Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Homes.
Caleb and his family attend New Hope Community Church. He serves on the Bryan City Schools Board of Education. Caleb enjoys attending High School sporting events, coaching his kids in youth sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Caleb and his wife, Emily, reside in Bryan with their three children, Ellis, Lettie Jean, and Hayes. Emily is the owner of Grow Your Mind Therapy Services, Bryan, Ohio, where she practices as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Caleb and Emily have two dogs, Cooper and Elsie.

Josh Turnbull is also a second generation funeral director. After graduating from Bryan High School, he received his associate's degree from Northwest State Community College and bachelor's degree from The University of Toledo. After 10 years in the business world, he joined the family business - completing his funeral director apprenticeship with Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Homes. Josh attends Central Ministries in Fort Wayne. He enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking with his wife, Alexis, and their dog Willow.

MaKeegan Bailey is a 2023 graduate of Fairview High School and plans on becoming a first-generation funeral director. She is the daughter of Michael and Jennifer Bailey, Jr. and a big sister to Tatum Bailey. MaKeegan will graduate from Northwest State Community College in May 2025 with an Associates Degree in Pre-Mortuary and Applied Science. She will continue her journey to Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science where she will earn her Bachelors Degree in Mortuary Science and licenses in funeral directing, embalming, and crematory operation.
Throughout the years, MaKeegan has been a member of many clubs including 4-H and FFA. She was also involved in many sports including softball, track, cross country, golf, and basketball. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and being outdoors hunting and exercising

Lisa Turnbull is our office manager at our Lynn Street Chapel in Bryan, Ohio. Lisa married Tom Turnbull on October 9, 1982 at St. John Lutheran Church in Hicksville, Ohio. She graduated from International Business College. Lisa began her career at Syncor Pharmaceuticals, which later became Cardinal Health. After moving to Bryan, she began working for Defiance Clinic an executive assistant until she became part of the Oberlin-Turnbull family. She has three children, Christen Turnbull of Bryan, Ohio, Josh (Alexis) Turnbull of Bryan, Ohio and Caleb (Emily) Turnbull of Bryan, Ohio. She has been involved in the church as a Sunday School teacher, youth group leader, and ladies small group leader. Lisa also served as a member of the BAHEC Board. Lisa and Tom attend New Hope Community Church in Bryan. Lisa enjoys baking, crafting, reading, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, Ellis, Lettie, and Hayes.

Terry Guilford is our office assistant at our High Street Chapel in Bryan, Ohio. She is also a funeral attendant whenever needed. Terry is a graduate of Defiance High School. She attended the University of Toledo. Terry married Gary Guilford on October 25, 1985. They have three children: Cassandra (Josh) Thompson of Hicksville, Ohio, Zach Guilford of Stryker, Ohio, and Ryan Guilford of Ney, Ohio. Terry also has three grandchildren: Allie, Avery and Luke of Hicksville, Ohio. Terry is an active member of the St. Isidore Parish where she serves as a lector, commentator, and Eucharistic minister. Terry enjoys reading, helping others, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Patricia (Pat) Peter is a lifelong resident of Northwest Ohio. She is a graduate of Fairview High School, Defiance College and The University of Toledo.
She started her career in teaching and coaching at Montpelier Exempted Village School District in 1971. In the fall of 1981 she became the High School Guidance Counselor for the Hicksville Exempted Village School District.
Since her retirement from education she has worked for the Northwest Ohio Educational Service Center at the Opportunity Center, Nemcomed (Hicksville, OH) and Smith & Brown Funeral Home. In June 2019 Pat completed the Insight Institute Training to become a Certified Funeral Celebrant. February 2020 Pat joined the Oberlin-Turnbull Funeral Home and Crematory staff as Funeral Celebrant and attendant.
Pat lives near Farmer, OH and is active in her church, St. John Lutheran, Hicksville, OH.
